Missing 45-year-old man located in Georgia after large-scale search
CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ala. —

Cherokee County authorities confirm 45-year-old Troy Spence has been located after being missing since Saturday.
Spence was located at a residence in Paulding County, Georgia after a combined crew of 60 public safety workers, including Cherokee County deputies, searched the area along the Pinhoti Trail on Tuesday.
Multiple agencies assisted the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office in the large-scale search effort.
Authorities in Cherokee County are searching the Rock Run area for a missing man.
45-year-old Troy Spence, who is from Austell, Georgia, was visiting Indian Mountain in Cherokee County over the weekend. Friends tell authorities Spence began walking into the woods and never returned.
On Sunday, authorities and tracking dogs began searching for Spence in the woods.
