Court documents: Woman forced to strip at scene of Tuscaloosa homicide
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. —
A police deposition reveals three suspects stole cell phones and forced a woman to strip at the scene of a Tuscaloosa murder.
Court documents show investigators used phone records to develop Andre Bossie, Stanley Evans and Bryan Taylor as suspects in the September 6th murder of Antonio Burl.
All three men admitted to being present at the murder where the victim’s phone and contents of his pockets were stolen, according to court documents.
The court filing shows a woman with Burl was made to strip and her clothing and a cell phone were also taken.
Investigators have recovered a .45 caliber handgun and a SKS 7.63 assault rifle believed to have been used in this crime.
Bossie, Evans and Taylor remain in the Tuscaloosa County jail without bond.
Their next court date has not yet been set.
Attorneys have been appointed for all three men.
