Former Alabama Standout Arrested for Domestic Violence
Former Alabama running back and Heisman Finalist Trent Richardson is facing domestic violence charges. Hoover Police tell ABC 33/40, they responded to reports of yelling coming from inside a room at the Hyatt Place Hotel on John Hawkins Parkway Thursday night.
Police talked with Richardson and the adult female in the room. They learned the argument started at the Walmart on John Hawkins Parkway and the dispute continued at the hotel.
At some point, Hoover Police say the dispute turned physical and the female had scratches and bruises on her face. Paramedics treated the woman's injuries on scene.
Richardson was taken to the Hoover City Jail and charged with 3rd degree domestic violence. He's being held on a $1,000 bond.
