Tuscaloosa man arrested on sex abuse, child endangerment charges
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. —
Tuscaloosa Police arrested 37-year-old James Jolly on the week of July 30th, after completing an investigation into sexual abuse allegations involving Jolly.
Jolly allegedly drugged and sexually abused a 14-year-old female over a four month period. Jolly is also accused of supply drugs to and using drugs with a 17-year-old male.
The U.S. Marshal's Task force apprehended Jolly in Shreveport, Louisiana after months of searching. Investigators arrested Jolly on sodomy, sexual abuse, and chemical endangerment charges.
Jolly is being held in the Tuscaloosa County Jail on a $90,000 bond.
