Auburn 'passes' A-Day test

Auburn's first team offense put up big numbers in this weekend's A-Day Game.

Quarterback Jarrett Stidham led three touchdown drives in the first half. Stidham finished with 267 yards passing and a rushing touchdown in the Blue teams 37-13 win over the White team.

Running backs Kerryon Johnson and C.J. Tolbert also scored rushing touchdowns for the Blue team. For the White team, running back Malik Miller scored a touchdown and quarterback Devin Adams threw a 69 yard touchdown pass to Marquis McClain.

The top performers on defense was Paul James III, who finished with three tackles for loss, Nick Ruffin (11 tackles) and Deshaun Davis (six tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss).
