Chicago running back Jordan Howard and Kansas City wide receiver Tyreek Hill provided immediate impact and excitement as two of the top rookies in the NFL this season.

Howard and Hill were both selected to the All-Rookie team by the Pro Football Writers of America.

Howard, who was selected by the Bears in the 5th round of last April's draft, finished second in the NFL with 1,313 rushing yards. The former Gardendale High School and UAB star averaged 96 yards a game over the final 14 weeks of the season.

Hill, who the Chiefs selected in the 5th round out of University of West Alabama, scored 12 touchdowns in 2016. He had six rushing touchdowns, three receiving and scored two touchdowns on punt returns and one on a kickoff return.

Hill was voted into three different spots on the All-Rooke team: kickoff returner, punt returner and special-teamer.
