Jackson-Olin's Coynis Miller named Under Armour All-American
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. —
For the second straight year, Jackson-Olin High School boasts one of the best players in the nation.
The Mustangs Coynis Miller accepted an invitation to play in the 2018 Under Armour All-American Game, which will be held in Orlando in January. That's "back-to-back" Under Armour All-American's for J-O. Linebacker T.D. Moultry played in the all-star game earlier this year.
Miller is rated as a four-star recruit with scholarship offers from Alabama and Auburn among others. The 6-foot-3, 290 "run stopper" had a hand in 61 tackles last season and 21 quarterback hurries.
He's also a short-yardage specialist on offense. Miller scored 13 touchdowns in 2016.
