Fans are packed into Jordan-Hare Stadium to see Auburn vs. LSU. (Special)

Where has this team been all year?

The 20-point home underdog Auburn Tigers are leading the No. 2 LSU Tigers 9-7 at halftime.

Auburn's defense harassed LSU's first-year starter at quarterback Zach Mettenberger in the first half, forcing two fumbles and converting one of those into a 4-yard Onterrio McCalleb touchdown run.

Defensive end Cory Lemonier forced Mettenberger's second fumble with a sack, leading to Auburn's touchdown drive.

Before the half, Cody Parkey put Auburn on top by two with a 40-yard field goal with just over a minute remaining.
