Sixth ranked Alabama gymnastics prepares for SEC Championships

Alabama held it's spot in the national rankings and holds the No. 3 seed for this week's SEC Championships.

It's the fourth straight year the Tide, ranked 6th in the nation, is seeded third for the conference tournament. They won the league title in 2014 and 2015, before a runner-up finish last year.

The SEC Championships will be held Saturday, March 18 at Jacksonville Veterans Memoria Arena in Jacksonville, Fla. Alabama's tournament will starts on the balance beam, followed by the floor exercise, then vault and finally, the uneven bars. The Tide rank in the top 6 nationally in all four individual exercises.
