      Recipe: Watercress & Chicken Stir Fry

      1 tbsp sunflower oil

      2 boneless chicken breasts

      100 grams of cashews

      1 yelow pepper

      1 red onion

      75 grams watercress

      3 tbsp hoisin sauce

      2 tbsp soy sauce

      1 knob fresh root ginger

      2 garlic cloves

      1 tbsp sesame oil

      2 tbsp white wine vinegar

      cook and serve over rice!
