Suspect sought after Gadsden bank robbery

GADSDEN, Ala. (WBMA) — A Gadsden bank was robbed at gunpoint Friday afternoon and police are searching for the suspect.

The Gadsden Police Department said the incident happened just before 4:00 p.m. at the Exchange Bank, located at 1321 Noccalula Road.

Police released surveillance images of the suspect. Police said the person should be considered armed and dangerous.
