Three charged with capital murder after Gadsden shooting

Three men were arrested after a man died after a shooting in Gadsden earlier this year.

The Gadsden Police Department said 19-year-olds Kendrick Williams and Jakarious Moore were charged with capital murder in connection to the March 30 incident.

A third person was also charged with capital murder.

Officers found Jacob Graham sitting inside his car on Mississippi Street with multiple gunshot wounds shortly before midnight.

Police said Graham was taken to UAB Hospital for treatment but died two weeks later.

Before he died, police said Graham told detectives he was robbed and shot while trying to sell a gun.

Police said the suspected murder weapon was also recovered.
