Authorities search for 'armed and dangerous' man in Lee County

LEE COUNTY, Ala. (WBMA) — The Lee County Sheriff's Office issued an alert to the public about its search for an "armed and dangerous" man.

The sheriff's office said the search for Michael Shane Bodine Green was underway in the area of 115 Lee Road 399.

Green was last seen shirtless wearing blue jeans with camouflage print body armor.

The sheriff's office said if Green is spotted, he is not to be approached. Instead, 911 should be called.
