Attalla woman charged with chemical endangerment of a child
ETOWAH COUNTY, Ala. —
A 23-year-old Attalla woman is facing a charge of chemical endangerment of child.
According to the Etowah County Sheriff's Office, Chelsea Watkins admitted to and tested positive for methamphetamine, amphetamine and marijuana while pregnant.
Watkins is being held in the Etowah County Detention Center on $10,000 bond and must complete a drug treatment program as a a condition of her bond.
