Brothers charged with killing, dismembering Jacksonville woman
GLENCOE, Ala. —
Two brothers have been charged with murder in connection with a Jacksonville woman's death.
ABC 33/40's partners at the Anniston Star report Tony and Timothy Putman are charged with the killing, dismemberment, and burning 26-year-old Kelsey Williams.
Part of her remains were found in a burned van on June 2nd, behind RJ's Gas Station in Glencoe.
Each brother is being held on a $500,000 bond.
