
A man is being charged with reckless manslaughter after his 3-year-old son found a gun and fatally shot himself last month.

Stephen D'Mitri Goldman, 24, was arrested Tuesday before being released after posting a $15,000 bond.
His son, Kayden Goldman, died June 30after accidently shooting himself in the Forest Hills Village Apartment Complex.
The reckless manslaughter charge is due to the man leaving a loaded firearm within reach and sight of an unattended toddler.
According to the Jefferson County Coroner's office, the child was being supervised by a parent but the parent left the room for a short amount of time. The parent then heard a gunshot.
