St. Clair County drowning victim identified

ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Ala. — Authorities confirm that a man drowned in Riverside near Lonesome Pine Trail and Arrowhead Drive in the Lake Logan Martin area.

The St. Clair County Coroner confirms 30-year-old Russell Junior Reeves died in the accident. Witnesses tell ABC 33/40 three family members went swimming at a private boat dock near Lonesome Pine Trail.

Officials say the man's body was pulled from the river around 7 p.m. Wednesday.
