Man found dead inside vehicle, had been shot several times

Jefferson County Deputies were called to the 1100 block of 12th Avenue in Midfield just before 10:30 Tuesday night. When they arrived, deputies found 47-year-old Warren Eugene Allen Jr dead inside of a vehicle.

Allen had been shot several times, and authorities believe the vehicle ran into a house before stopping in the road.

No one in the house was injured.
