Sheriff: Cullman man used social media to solicit child
CULLMAN COUNTY, Ala. —
A Cullman man is facing two Class B felonies after using social media to solicit an underage child, Cullman Sheriff's deputies told ABC 33/40's Andrew Donley.
Cullman investigators arrested Dylan Lynd Sudduth, 28, for electronic solicitation of a child and transmitting obscene material to a child.
Sudduth was booked into jail on a $30,000 property bond, which he posted.
