Woman attacked by 4 pit bulls in Tuscaloosa

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Tuscaloosa Police say a woman was attacked by 4 pit bulls Monday on Carriage Heights.

Officers arrived to find the elderly woman being attacked and shot two of the dogs. A third dog was injured, while the fourth was able to escape.

The woman was taken to DCH Medical Center for treatment. She is expected to be OK.
