World leaders condemn Paris attacks at APEC

The 23nd APEC Ecomomic Leaders’ Declaration - Building Inclusive Economies, Building a Better World: A Vision for an Asia-Pacific Community

Leaders from 21 countries officially released a declaration Thursday morning. It condemns the attacks in Paris and calls for urgent international cooperation to fight terrorism. They've been in Manila this week for the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit. President Barack Obama was among them. That declaration also says economic growth and prosperity are powerful tools to address the root causes of terrorism and radicalization.
