DULLES, Va. (WJLA) — Seven passengers have been transported to the hospital after an odor was detected on a plane that was diverted to Dulles Airport in northern Virginia Friday morning.

The Boeing 737 plane was diverted from Baltimore-Washington Airport and was enroute to San Francisco International Airport.

According to the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, Dulles Airport fire and rescue crews responded to reports of an odor in the cabin on United Airlines flight 1675.

The plane landed on Runway 19C at Dulles Airport without incident. Officials added that there were no impacts to airport operations.
