Missing Wisconsin teen possibly spotted in Miami

MIAMI (WPEC) - A missing Wisconsin teen may have been spotted in Miami Monday, according to police.

According to the Miami Police Department, a girl that looks like 13-year-old Jayme Closs was seen Monday afternoon.

Authorities in Barron, Wisconsin received a 911 call from Closs's home early Monday morning. When the Barron County Sheriff's Office arrived they found Jayme's parents dead and she was missing.

Barron County Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald says Jayme is not considered a suspect in her parents' deaths.

Miami Police say if the teen spotted Monday was Jayme she may be in a black Ford Explorer with a possible Wisconsin plate of I60WER.

Jayme is described as 5-feet tall and 100 pounds, with strawberry-blond hair and green eyes. If you have any information regarding Jayme please call 911.
