PRICE, Utah (KUTV) — A speeding trailer tractor crashed into a restaurant in Wellington early Wednesday morning, the Utah Highway Patrol reported.
The trailer left the road and collided with the restaurant.
The restaurant owner told troopers that his wife was trapped inside, Utah Highway Patrol reported. The woman said she was injured as authorities entered the building to rescue her.
Troopers say all of three people are "doing okay... considering." They are being treated at Castleview Hospital for minor injuries.
One lane of state route 6 is temporarily closed.
Wellington Elementary School has been closed because the power in the area will be shut off.
Police say all of the students made it to school safely and will be bused home.
Power, gas and tow companies are assessing the damage caused by the crash.
The business involved is obviously closed, the police department wrote in a Facebook post.
