Man charged in shooting death of Hale County man

An arrest was made in connection to the shooting death of a Sawyerville man Monday morning.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said 23-year-old Keoviance Kentrell Scott-Golsby was charged with the murder of 27-year-old Nicholas Nickson.

Nickson was shot and killed just before 1:00 a.m. in the 200 Block of Jones Street in Greensboro.

Scott-Golsby was booked into the Hale County Detention Facility.
