Titans Rashaan Evans continues his 'summer studies'
NASHVILLE, Ten. —
The Tennessee Titans wrapped up minicamp on Thursday, giving way to a five week break before the teams training camp.
Rookie linebacker Rashaan Evans could use it as a 'study break'.
The first round draft pick, selected No. 23 out of Alabama, is still getting a handle on his first 'NFL playbook'.
"Just me understanding the schemes and doing all the right things," Evans said this week. "I'm just getting acclimated to the NFL lifestyle and I think I've been doing a lot better. Because you've got older guys that are there just to help you out and the coaches have done a great job of just making everything simple for us to understand."
Evans says he seeks out advice from Titans teammate, and former Alabama running back Derrick Henry.
